Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

- Used or damaged protective gear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse at: Fightstyle Returns

Netherlands - Receive your refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive and process your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
